For the "Chinese Bridge", Players from all over the World Gathered in Beijing

After a few months of the global pre-selection, all the players of the 10th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students finally gathered in Beijing. July 10 is the first collective activity for "Chinese Bridge" players. Accompanied by the cool morning breeze, players from around the world with different nationalities and different skin colors began their journey to experience Chinese culture. The first stop was the Great Wall-JUYONGGUAN. These kids who are keen on the Chinese culture were shocked by the benchmarking building of Chinese civilization on their arrival. All the players gathered in the Great Wall, shouted out toward the world the slogan of Chinese Bridge : "Friendship bridge, soul symphony", which came from the bottom of my heart cries constantly echoed in the valley.

The vast majority of players is the first time to come to the Great Wall, and they were very excited when the yeaning of past became a moment of reality. Players Climbed together and would pull each other when came to the slope, so the Chinese language would be very important for communication, When they climbed to the roof, facing the spectacular views of mountains and rivers in front, they yelled : "Hello China!" Though climbing the Great Wall took a lot of physical strength, and players also had to overcome the trouble of time difference, the excitement of initial experience Chinese culture allowed them to be in slightest fatigue and enjoy the spiritual shock brought by the ancient Chinese civilization.

The afternoon experience was the old Beijing Hutong Tour. The experience changed from the magnificent to the moment of warm and dedicate, the smiling on the plaers’ face are like the sun of today. Shuttled in a narrow alley, greetin with the old Beijing citizen passby, ‘have you eaten? ‘ The authentic Beijing official language put into practise. It was a shock for the local resident and also the foreign tourists who visit there showing the expression of envy. When traveled to rise, the players from Italy gave a martial arts show, The crowd broke into loud applause. Everywhere they went are filled with a warm atmosphere.

After a day of harmony, players no matter from which country, have deepened the mutual understanding and they get along harmoniously, What is the unbelieable is that this is the first time they know each other and the communication tool is Chinese. Some players said that thanks to the Confucius Institute and also the "Chinese Bridge"acticity, which enable them to learn the Chinese and Chinese culture, and made friends in the same camp arround the world. They will insist on this way.
