—Abide by the laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China and ZSTU
—Have a good reputation, respect teachers and fellow students
—Both physically and mentally healthy

— At least hold a high school diploma, and have a competitive academic record in high school or undergraduate education
— Have a valid HSK certificate at or above Band 4 (for those who apply for the programs instructed in Chinese language)
— Under the age of 30 if applying for Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship |
NOT win any other scholarships in China |
