Schools Establishing New MBA Programs Gather at GDUFS

An MBA training conference was recently held in GDUFS. More than 200 delegates took part in the meeting, including Li Jun, Vice Chairman of the State Council Academic Degree Committee, Zhao Chunjun ,Vice Director of National MBA Education Steering Committee,  Xu Zhenhua, Secretary of the Party committee of GUDFS, Sui Guangjun, President of GDUFS.  They were also joined by deputies from 55 schools with  newly established MBA programs. The meeting was chaired by Tong Yunhuan, Secretary General of National MBA Education Steering Committee.

The closing ceremony was chaired by Tong Yunhuan and Wu Shinong, Vice Chairman of National MBA Education Steering Committee.

After the discussion period, some delegates offered summary reports. They agreed that the current MBA educational programs are faced with opportunity and challenges. However, they believed the eighth batch of schools establishing MBA programs will continue to improve MBA education.

In  summing up, Wu Shinong said, the meeting provided a platform for exchange which has achieved remarkable success. The presidents of schools and chairmen of MBA centers should take  charge of overall planning and that teachers are responsible for the implementation. He expressed his hope that schools would seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and focus on improving China's MBA programs.
