Dae Jin University(Korea) visits GDUFS

November 28-On the morning of November 23rd, Director of the Office of External Cooperation, Huang Shengjun, and the Director of the Section of International Cooperation, Piao Chengzai of Dae Jin University visited GDUFS’s north campus. The Deputy Director of the International Office Liang Jie, the Vice-President of the Faculty of Asian Languages and Cultures, Quan Yonggen, and the Director of Institute of Education for International Students, Wu Yan, met with the visitors in the Third Meeting Room.

Mrs. Liang warmly welcomed the visitors and then briefly outlined the current cooperation agreement between the two schools and expressed the hope to launch more substantive collaborative projects in the future. Huang was grateful for the warm reception. He said that the purpose of this visit was to facilitate the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two universities that would further expand the number of students, faculty and staff exchanges. Huang introduced that Dae Jin University had branch campuses in Harbin and Suzhou, and expressed his hope that their students could have a chance to come and study at GDUFS. Meanwhile, he also suggested that a big step forward in exchanging teaching staff could be made. That, every two years, both universities could send a delegation to visit and learn from each other.

Subsequently, the representatives visited the Institute of Education for International Students.
